Honey Lemon Ginger Tea Ingredients

  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 medium sized lemons
  • 1/2 a cup of fresh ginger
  • 1 cup of manuka honey

How to make Honey Lemon Ginger Tea

  1. Wash the lemons and then slice them thinly.
  2. Cut the ginger into very thin slices, you can also grate it if you wish.
  3. Add the lemon, ginger and water into a saucepan on a medium heat. Simmer for around 5 minutes.
  4. Let the ingredients cool for around 2-3 minutes before stirring in the honey.
  5. Enjoy!

  • For this honey lemon tea recipe, it is best to use un-waxed lemons as the wax would come off of the lemons when heated.
